للطلب عبر البريد، راسلنا على privacy@lenci.ai من بريد الحساب المسجل أو اذكر بريد الحساب داخل الرسالة. اكتب في العنوان: طلب حذف حساب لينسي.

Official request path

To request deletion by email, contact privacy@lenci.ai from your registered account email or include the account email in your message. Use the subject: Lenci Account Deletion Request.

خطوات الحذف

  1. أرسل الطلب إلى privacy@lenci.ai.
  2. اذكر بريد حسابك في لينسي.
  3. قد نطلب تأكيداً إضافياً للتحقق من ملكية الحساب.
  4. نعالج الطلب عادة خلال 30 يوماً.

Deletion steps

  1. Email privacy@lenci.ai.
  2. Include your Lenci account email.
  3. We may request additional confirmation to verify account ownership.
  4. We normally process deletion requests within 30 days.

البيانات التي نحذفها

  • ملف الحساب ومعلومات الملف الشخصي.
  • رموز إشعارات الجوال وتفضيلات الإشعارات.
  • الصور أو النتائج المحفوظة داخل حسابك عندما لا نكون ملزمين بالاحتفاظ بها.

Data we delete

  • Account profile and personal profile details.
  • Mobile push tokens and notification preferences.
  • Saved generations or account content when we are not required to retain it.

قد نحتفظ بسجلات محدودة مطلوبة قانونياً أو محاسبياً، مثل الفواتير، سجلات الدفع، سجلات مكافحة الاحتيال، وسجلات الأمان، للمدة التي تتطلبها الأنظمة أو لحماية خدماتنا.

Data we may retain

We may retain limited records required for legal, accounting, fraud prevention, security, or dispute purposes, such as invoices, payment records, audit logs, and abuse-prevention records, for the period required by law or to protect our services.

بعد المعالجة

بعد إكمال الحذف، قد لا تتمكن من استعادة الحساب أو المحتوى المحذوف. إذا كان لديك اشتراك أو عملية شراء عبر متجر تطبيقات، فقد تحتاج لإدارتها من حساب المتجر أيضاً.

After processing

After deletion is complete, you may not be able to recover the account or deleted content. If you have an app-store subscription or purchase, you may also need to manage it through your app-store account.
